Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Convergence Buyers Agents Pty Ltd trading as the Melbourne Property Podcast (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian citizens aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period

Entries open upon publication of the giveaway announcement and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 29 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps during the entry period:

1. Follow the Melbourne Property Podcast on Instagram

2. Subscribe to the Melbourne Property Podcast on YouTube

3. Follow the Melbourne Property Podcast on Spotify

4. Submit the official entry form (above)

5. Submit a response of 100 words or less explaining why they should be selected

Only entries that complete all required steps will be considered valid.

How the Winner Will Be Selected

This is a skill-based selection, not a random draw.

All valid entries will be reviewed by the Promoter. The winner will be selected based on factors including, but not limited to:

- The relevance and clarity of the entrant’s property goals or scenario

- The potential for the entrant’s property journey to provide valuable or interesting insights for Melbourne Property Podcast listeners

- The entrant’s willingness and suitability to participate in podcast and related media content documenting the buying process

The Promoter reserves the right to select the entrant they believe will provide the most engaging and educational experience for podcast listeners.

Selection decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via phone or email using the contact details provided in their entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Public Announcement

The winner may be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels, website, and podcast platforms.

Media Participation and Consent

As part of the prize, the winner agrees to participate in podcast episodes, interviews, and related content documenting their property search and purchasing journey.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Promoter permission to record, publish, and distribute audio, video, photographs, and written content featuring the winner for use on the Melbourne Property Podcast, social media channels, websites, and other promotional materials.

The winner acknowledges that this content may be used for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes without further compensation.

General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or does not comply with these terms and conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise outside its control.
